THK/THKS Horizontal plate clamp

The Model THK is a horizontal lifting clamp intended to be used in pairs, sets of pairs, or in a tripod arrangement for transporting steel plates horizontal.
Horizontal lifting clamp for handling inherently stacked bundles of sheets and steel plates.
The lifting clamps are fastened to suitable slings and attached at three or more points on the load being handled.
The THK has a larger jaw opening.
With long loads, we recommend using a spreader beam.
***NB: The plate surface of the material must have ahardness lever below HRC30/Brinell 300
INSPECTION, CARE & USE
DO NOT side load THK/THKS clamps.
DO NOT use on a quad sling.When lifting long plates, use a beam or spreader bar that has a double leg sling at each end and connect clamps to the slings.
