Step 1: Tighten the valve clockwise to ensure that the oil return valve can not be turned as far as it will go. You will feel a firm mechanical stop, indicating the hydraulic system is sealed securely and ready for pressure accumulation.
Step 2: According to the height of the car body, select the height of screw out to minimize the pumping distance and maximize lifting efficiency.
Step 3: Insert the handle without groove into the end. The textured, cold steel grip ensures your hands will not slip during operation, transferring your mechanical force directly into the pump.
Step 4: Place the jack near the tire of the car chassis ,and pull the handle up and down to reach the desired height. The hydraulic fluid moves silently, providing a steady, unyielding upward thrust.
Step 5: After completion,loosen the valve one or two turns times anticlockwise,and press by gravity to retract the piston smoothly back into the cylinder.
Important Safety Notice: This jack does not have the function of automatic lowering.Remember that the oil return valve cannot be loosened too much,or the jack leaks oil.
